With the regular season winding down, we look for some teams to pick up the defensive intensity and to be resting starters late in games where they have a sizable lead. This can lead to some good plays on the under if you can recognize when this may happen.

Tonight, we have two under plays..the first is the Philly-Orlando game, where the total is at 206.5. The second play we like is under on the Toronto-Cleveland game and the total there is 191..Let's see if we can go 2 for 2 tonight.

NBA Free Selection Wednesday March 19th

Pulled one out last night with our selection on the under in the Sacramento-Golden State game..That brings us to 26-18-2 for the year, not bad..Tonight the Phoenix Suns visit the Seattle Supersonics where the total is 228. After that game in Denver the other night, the Sonics return home and try to pull themselves together. They have had a couple days rest and plenty of time to absorb the beating from the media over allowing 168 to the Nuggets. I feel that they will respond tonight with much more intensity on defense to try to save some face, after all, they are professionals..We will sure see tonight whether they have just given up on themselves or if they have any pride left at all to try and finish the season on some kind of up swing..Take the under.

NBA Selection For Monday March 17th

We lost a heartbreaker the other night. We had the over in the Phoenix-Sacramento game and the total was 228. These two teams had scored a total of 180 after three quarters, with the Suns leading 101-79. Combine the fact that the Suns were way up and probably put in the second string and the fact that the Suns shot 53% from the free-throw line for this game, well..you know what happened. The game stayed under by 2 points. Sometimes we win like this and sometimes we lose..

Tonight, the Cavaliers travel to Orlando to take on the Magic. These two teams have met twice this season and both games have ended up over the total with 229 and 233 scored in those contests. The total tonight is 204. Either this will be an easy win or we are missing something obvious. Since nobody ever reads this..who cares?? LOL

NBA Free Selection For Saturday March 15th

We went 2 for 2 last night, but they were both close! The 76ers were down by 16 points after 3 quarters and came back big time in the fourth quarter to win the game straight up over the Bulls. The Indiana-Dallas game just barely got over the total of 212.

Tonight we go with another over..The Sacramento Kings visit Phoenix and the total is at 228. The Suns are shooting the lights out right now, and continue to run teams up and down the court, even with Shaq in the lineup. The Kings are capable of throwing up alot of points also, so we'll take the over here and see what happens..

We split the other night going 1 for 2 bringing our win percentage down a bit. We have two games going tonight and it looks like a good spot to cash in both.

The 76ers visit the Bulls tonight and the Bulls are favored by 3.5. The Sixers have been on a tear and we can't see Chicago derailing that right now, so we are taking the points in this one.

The other game we like is the over in the Indiana-Dallas game. The total is at 212, and although Dallas has a great defense, we notice that the Pacers seem to impose their pace of play on just about every team the play against. Dallas has been shooting very well of late, and we see a high scoring affair here.

NBA Wednesday March 12th Free Selections

Dropped one last night as the Jazz- Bulls stayed under the total. We continue to look for spots to bet over the total and tonight there are two that look good. Memphis visits Denver with a total of 223 and will will take the over in that one. Also, going with the over in the Toronto-Golden State game with the Raptors on back to back nights after playing the Lakers last night..
